Registration Information

NEW – $25 NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE PER FAMILY. Please e-transfer bedrockpayments@gmail.com when you submit your child’s registration and include your child’s name in the memo. Their spot will not be guaranteed in class unless this fee is paid.

Please follow the steps below to complete your child’s registration at Bedrock Playschool in Drumheller, Alberta.

1. Registration
   • Fill out the registration form below and all required fields. Submit the form when completed. E-transfer $25 non-refundable registration fee to bedrockpayments@gmail.com
2. Class Assignment
   • You will hear from the Registrar once your child has been assigned a class, which are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
   • The Registrar can be contacted by e-mailing: bedrockplayschoolreg@gmail.com
3. Become a Parent Helper
   • Registered students will need to have an adult assist as a “parent helper” in the student’s class 4 days per year (2 classes per semester).
   • Any adults who wish to do this must provide a criminal record and vulnerable sector check. To have this completed, click here and fill out the two required forms. Print this volunteer letter and bring all of the documents, along with two pieces of government ID, to the Drumheller RCMP.
   ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST PROVIDE CRIMINAL RECORD AND VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECKS TO THE PLAYSCHOOL
4. Stay in Touch
   • Teachers’ primary method of communicating with parents is through Remind. Please download the free app and teachers will email a ‘join the class’ code before the school year starts.
